The defining passion of Polly’s career has been the development of leadership potential. Following her early career as an Army officer she progressed into Human Resources and Operations, reaching board-level Director. She has a Masters in Personnel & Development.

Polly has worked in the property, government and risk management sectors, running teams and, in one case, launching a new global division for a multi-national corporation. She then committed herself to the development of others' potential by qualifying as an ICF coach. She is optimistic and positive in her coaching and believes strongly in its power to create change and growth.

Tom has worked in personal development for more than 13 years, first as a trainer and consultant and, for the past decade, purely in coaching. Having headed the Middle East operations of a global training consultancy, Tom went on to create his own coaching business before co-founding Spring Coaching.

In his career Tom has clocked up over 2000 hours in Executive Coaching alone and he also specialises in Strategic Facilitation and Team Systems Coaching. He has worked mainly with multi-national clients across the Middle East, Europe, South Asia and South East Asia. Such deep and wide experience means Tom has seen the benefits of top quality coaching first-hand and he is passionate about its potential to transform.

Geoff has more than 20 years’ experience as a trainer and consultant, specialising in performance management, communication, negotiation, sales and presentation skills. He has held senior management positions with major European and GCC organisations, including Kuwait’s Institute of Banking Studies, Etisalat, ADNOC and Britain’s Civil Aviation Authority.

Nick has been a journalist and editorial manager for more than 30 years. He worked for BBC TV and ITN in the UK before established Al Jazeera English’s international news gathering operation in Qatar. He has also worked in radio and newspapers. He now runs a media consultancy in Dubai and has media-trained board-level executives at many of the Gulf’s leading companies.
